Sandra offers 20 years of residential Real Estate experience and REO & BPO service. Sandra specializes in evictions, evacuation, negotiation, trash out, listing and staging homes. Sandra is also a member of the CBA (Commercial Broker Association), for the Pacific NW. She has been licensed in 2 states (Louisiana & Washington) and served on a number of committees within the Board of Realtors/Real Estate Commissions, with a long list of residential/commercial clients and investors. Sandra has a passion for this area of real estate & welcomes the many challenges that come along with it.
